From January 1st 2025 a toll for trucks has been introduced in Denmark. Initially, the toll will apply to 10,900 km of the road network, but this will be expanded to 75,000 km in 2028. The amount of the toll depends on the weight, type and environmental class of the truck.

Telepass SAT – the easy way to pay
The Telepass SAT device can be used to pay the Danish toll. In addition to the Danish toll, the device can be used to pay tolls in 17 European countries.

The Great Belt Bridge and the Øresund Bridge
Special fixed rates apply to the Øresund Bridge for trucks with an ØresundBUSINESS agreement, where the rates are lower than the normal price.
With ØresundBUSINESS, an unlimited number of active license plates and payment units are included in the agreement. The payment unit is automatically read on the Øresund Bridge – just drive through the toll booth without stopping. The tolls on the Øresund Bridge can be paid with the Telepass SAT device, which in addition to the Øresund Bridge can also be used to pay for the Great Belt Bridge.

For the Great Belt Bridge, the green discount applies to business customers with vehicles with emission class EURO 6, fully electric or hydrogen.
The green discount is 13% of the normal price and is granted at each crossing on the bridge. The discount is immediately recognized at the crossing and is immediately deducted from the amount on the invoice.
