Liability: All the employees acknowledge their personal responsibility to achieve the best solution - in relation to tasks and with the collaboration with colleagues, customers and partners, to whom we all have a responsibility to create close relations. We focus on quality, efficiency and performance, and we all take responsibility for our agreements and common goals.
Communication: We communicate openly and honestly within the company and externally, and we always communicate clearly and effectively. We communicate to and with each other and we always contact the relevant colleague who can help in a certain situation.
Respect: We respect our customers and partners. We show respect for each task, and we respect and comply with agreements made in small and large.
Co-operation: We show team spirit and work together for the benefit of both customers and employees as well as the company's profit.
